Virgin TV is included in the price as is wireless broadband and all bills (gas/ electric/ water/ tv licence and council tax etc if relevant) The cost is £300 all inclusive per calendar month. The box in Headingley is a 10 minute walk, and there is lots of unrestricted on street parking. There is a bus stop into Leeds less than a 2 minute walk and also a One Stop Shop on Burley Road. The house has a full fire alarm system including heat and smoke detectors and emergency lighting, there is also a burglar alarm. The room includes a wardrobes, a double bed, a desk, a chair, and a chest of drawers.
